Ms. McNicholas is a practicing attorney for over 20 years. She obtained her undergraduate degree and Juris Doctorate in Northern California at the Santa Clara University School of Law. She is licensed in both California and Nevada.
Prior to joining Michael Sullivan & Associates, Ms. McNicholas was a partner with the firm of Hardy, Hardy & McNicholas in Las Vegas, Nevada where she practiced primarily in the fields of business and commercial litigation, construction defect defense, personal injury and workers’ compensation. While in California, Ms. McNicholas has concentrated her practice in the field of workers’ compensation, working on behalf of both applicants and employers.
